A Fundamentals Session is essential for all new students at TMC, even if you only want to do drop in classes.

This will get you familiar with the core movements we practice and give you a better understanding of your own body.

If you’re still not feeling ready for group classes afterwards, we can offer additional Fundamentals Sessions until you are.

It’s not all training at TMC. It also serves as a safe haven where folks with a mutual love for movement and fun times come together.

Our free workshops have included breathwork, anatomy, muscle-ups, sound healing, and much more. The studio has served as an indoor archery arena, cinema and live music venue. We’ve even had the thrill of ice baths and the privilege of hosting movement maestros from around the globe.

As part of TMC, you’re invited to join in on all the free events we put on. And if an external event catches your eye, there’s usually a friendly discount waiting for you.

FAQs

Questions? We’re here to help.

  • You will use your own bodyweight to sculpt your muscles, coordinate your limbs, learn handstands and achieve flexibility.

    When that’s easy, we can always add weight plates.

  • Movement is a practice for everyone, irrespective of age or skill level. You can improve your strength and flexibility, as well as learn how to move your body in unique & practical ways. Though we have progressions for everyone, a degree of commitment is required to understand complex movements.

  • Movement Sessions run for 60 minutes.

  • We recommend attending 3 - 5 times per week. This will vary person to person based on their training history and motivations.


    We offer specialty classes like Gymnastics Tumbling, Movement Project, Martial Hearts & Rhythm n’ Flow for additional variety & skill development.

  • For Sessions, we recommend comfortable and flexible clothing with shoes being optional.

    We’re a barefoot gym and proud of it.

  • Our coaches are here to listen & help anytime you’re in the studio. They’re present & available throughout the Sessions and coffee catch-ups and PT sessions can be organised.
