The app is jam packed with programs for you to develop your body on all levels
Whether you have only 15 mins per day or want to get stuck into a big full body movement session and progress over 6 weeks, the app has it all.
We have progressions or levels so you can simply choose where you want to start and build up as you get stronger and more familiar with the moves.

How do I get started?
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly even in the first week. But its important to remember that good things take time. We can help you stay consistent and on track for your goals.
What does my membership include?
All memberships give you access to classes and open gym. You can add the sauna session to this too. We also host 1-2 Free workshops for our members each Month.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are in it with you, every owner and teacher at TMC is also practicing movement, we have dedicated many years to this craft and are so excited to share our knowledge with you. We focus on skills based training with the whole body in mind when programming. We create highly skilled and capable humans.
How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?
To be honest I love to move everyday! But a good goal is 3-5 sessions per week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. Reach out if you need support

What does a class look like?
We have many classes on the timetable, like Handstands, Mobility, Dance, Strength classes for Upper, Lower and Full body, as well as our over 50's movement sessions. Best way to know is to experience them yourself. Click the Get started button and we will be in touch.
Do I have to be fit to join?
Do you have a 12 month contract?
No Way! For all Movement memberships you can pause if you head way on holidays and only need to give 2 weeks if you need to cancel.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
It really depends on the class you come to currently we have Handstands + Stretch, Over 50's, Movement , Rhythm and Flow and Mobility. Check out the class descriptions for a full outline of what you will get in our classes and 6 week programming blocks.
Will I lose weight?
Movement is holistic giving you all the tools you need to have the fittest, strongest, flexible body you have had. Its a no brainer for most people to look at and dial in their nutrition after training with us. We had one member recently lost 15kg. We offer support in game plan sessions and 1/1 sessions for Nutrition specifically. So if weight loss is your goal please reach out.
